New Jersey has become only the second state to implement a broad new paid family leave insurance mandate affecting all employers. Your employees are now entitled to take six weeks of paid family leave each year for the birth or adoption of a child or to deal with a family member’s “serious health condition.”

It's not too late to get up-to-date information on what you need to do to comply with the new law and regulations. At this briefing, attorneys Tricia O’Reilly from Connell Foley and Ian Meklinsky of Fox Rothschild will present valuable information about the new law, including:
• When an employee is eligible to take paid leave
• Your obligations as an employer
• How to make sure your workplace is in compliance
