Adam G. Silverstein of Fox Rothschild to Speak at Construction Lien Law & Payment Seminar

Adam G. Silverstein, a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP, will present at the “Construction Lien Law and Payment in Pennsylvania” seminar. The one-day seminar will be held in Allentown, Pennsylvania, on January 30, 2008.

Silverstein will present “Pennsylvania Mechanic’s Lien Law.” The seminar will discuss the history and background of the Lien Law, waivers and limitations, preparing and filing mechanic’s lien claims, and enforcement and judgments. Silverstein will co-present with Veronica J. Finkelstein, an attorney at Duane Morris LLP.

Silverstein is chair of Fox’s Litigation Practice in the Bucks County office. He concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, and Orphan’s Court litigation. He represents principals and obligees, regarding both public and private projects undertaken by local public school districts, New York City Mass Transit Authority, the Federal Drug Administration, the National Institutes of Health, and the Environmental Protection Agency.
