Practical Pointers and Hot Tips for Handling Workplace Investigations
Kenneth A. Rosenberg, an attorney at Fox Rothschild LLP, will moderate a panel discussion on “Practical Pointers and Hot Tips for Handling Workplace Investigations.” The panel will be held on May 8, 2008, from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. at the offices of Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis, LLP in Roseland, New Jersey.
Presented by the Essex County Bar Foundation’s Labor & Employment Law Committee, the panel will discuss an employer’s legal responsibilities as related to the who, what, where, when, and how of conducting investigations of various workplace claims and background checks. Panelists include:

Rosenberg, who is a member of Fox Rothschild’s Labor & Employment Department, represents employers in various labor relations matters, including contract negotiations, interest and grievance arbitrations, disciplinary matters, unionization campaigns, unit clarification issues, and unfair/improper practice proceedings. He enjoys speaking on various labor and employment topics and has spoken before the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education, the Public Employment Relations Commission’s Annual Conference, the New Jersey Association of Counties’ Annual Conference, the New York State Public Employer Labor Relations Association’s Annual Conference, and the Council on Education in Management.
