Harrington, a partner with Fox Rothschild LLP and chair of the firm’s Corporate Department, spoke at the 4th Annual Emerging Technologies for the Enterprise (ETE) Conference – the premier event for the open source and emerging technologies community in the Northeast. The Conference was held March 26-27, 2009, at the Philadelphia Marriott West in Conshohocken, PA.
Harrington lead a panel discussion entitled “Prepare for Success – Addressing (and Conquering) the New Economic Realities Facing Emerging Technology and Life Science Businesses” on March 26th. Discussion focused on the challenges faced by emerging technology and life sciences companies, and offered insights into successfully navigating the current funding climate, creating strategies for tough times and setting the stage for future growth and success.
