Preparing witnesses to testify is a critical skill for all litigators. This course will train you on how to prep witnesses to be their most effective, whether they are testifying at a deposition, hearing or trial. We'll include discussions of strategies, ethics and how to tailor your approach to the witness' experience, style and attitude.

Originally designed as training for firm attorneys, we now invite clients to join us and receive CLE credit. Our CLE programs feature a range of topics and highlight the laws and court and agency decisions that most impact the practice of labor and employment law. Our series of training programs will be held from September 2010 through June 2011, and we invite you to join us at any program that may interest you. For your convenience, all programs will be available via video conference in Fox Rothschild offices, so you can participate at the location nearest you.

  • This course has been approved for 1.5 substantive credit hours in California and Pennsylvania. This course has been approved for 1.8 substantive credits hours in New Jersey. 1.8 transitional professional practice credit hours will be awarded in New York as Pennsylvania and California are approved jurisdictions.
  • 1.5 CLE credits in Delaware and Nevada/1.8 CLE credits in Florida will be available depending upon interest.
