Elizabeth D. Sigety recently served as a facilitator for a roundtable discussion at the International Franchise Association’s 41st Annual Legal Symposium. The Symposium was held on May 11-13, 2008, at the Capital Hilton in Washington, D.C. Sigety was a co-facilitator for “Structuring Franchise Transfers and Re-Sales.”

Sigety, who is co-chair of Fox’s Franchising, Licensing & Distribution Practice and works from Fox’s Bucks County office, focuses on a wide variety of corporate work, with an emphasis on franchising and financial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, securities, and private placements. She also acts as a general counsel for numerous clients, including franchise, start-up, and mid-cap businesses. Sigety is a frequent speaker and writer, especially in the franchise and venture capital arena.
