Fox Rothschild LLP invites you to join us for this important seminar for unionized employers

Signed into law by President Obama, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and its companion bill, the Health Care and Education Reconciliation Act of 2010 (HCERA), will in some form directly impact virtually all Americans and American employers. Its effect on unionized employers is especially complex.

Join us for this pivotal seminar as we explore the special issues surrounding health care reform for employers with collective bargaining agreements now and in the years
ahead as provisions of the Act go into effect. Topics to be discussed include:

  • Early plan amendments permitted under PPACA
  • NLRA prohibitions on unilateral health insurance changes to collective bargaining agreements
  • Planning for future union negotiations with a long-term view
