Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partners Christopher I. Clark and Abby Ewing were selected for inclusion in D Magazine’s prestigious “Best Lawyers in Dallas” list for 2015.
Clark was recognized for his work in commercial real estate transactions and Ewing for her representation of clients in family law. D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers” consists of 605 attorneys practicing in a range of areas throughout the region who were chosen through a rigorous peer nomination and selection process.
Clark represents real estate owners, tenants and developers in connection with the development, acquisition, leasing and sale of raw land, retail shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily apartments, medical office buildings, senior living and memory care facilities and other real property. Clark also has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in a variety of retail and office leasing matters and disputes, and represents both borrowers and lenders in mortgage and construction loans. He pairs his legal knowledge with hands-on, real-world business experience from his four years working with a leading commercial real estate firm in Texas on the development, asset management and leasing of retail shopping centers.
Clark received his J.D., cum laude, from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and his B.A. from Franklin & Marshall College. Clark was previously selected for inclusion in D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers” lists in 2011 and 2014, and D Magazine’s “Best Lawyers in Dallas Under 40” in 2002 and 2004.
Ewing has built a practice representing clients from all walks of life—from single mothers to CEOs and entrepreneurs during some of the most difficult times of their lives. Ewing has experience handling complex property division cases, as well as pre- and post-marital property agreements and child support and child custody issues. She is a skilled advocate in court who gets straight to critical issues and gets results effectively. Her combination of family law and business litigation experience enables her to understand her clients’ objectives and achieve favorable results for them.
Ewing earned her J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law and her B.A. from Arizona State University.
