Fonda represents officers, directors and management clients in the defense of labor and employment matters, including claims of wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation and harassment as well as wage and hour compliance, contract disputes, potential WARN Act issues and reduction in force matters.

Fonda also has experience defending employers from a variety of employment-related claims involving sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of employment contract, wage and hour, failure to employ or promote and wrongful infliction of emotional distress.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Fonda was an attorney at several New Jersey-based law firms. She was also a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Rachelle L. Harz of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

During law school, Fonda served as an intern for a variety of organizations, including the Family Law Clinic and Juvenile Justice Clinic at Seton Hall Law and the Union County Prosecutor’s Office. She also was a judicial intern to the Honorable Dennis M. Cavanaugh of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and the Honorable Joseph P. Donohue of the Superior Court of New Jersey.
