Managing partner of the firm's West Palm Beach office and a certified specialist in Civil Trial and Business Litigation Law by The Florida Bar, Rubin focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation. She has significant experience in handling class action and multidistrict litigation in federal and state courts. Her practice is diverse encompassing contract disputes, real estate, loan workouts, probate litigation, actions brought under Florida's Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act (FDUTPA), Title VII, the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), trade secret and restrictive covenant cases involving non-compete agreements.
Rubin earned her J.D., cum laude, from Saint Louis University School of Law and her B.A., with honors, from University of Maryland.
Dunkel is a board-certified business litigation attorney with experience conducting civil litigation matters from initial complaint through to trial. His areas of concentration include business disputes, real estate litigations, creditors’ rights, bank litigation, non-compete lawsuits, foreclosures and commercial landlord-tenant disputes.
Dunkel earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and his B.S. from Duke University.
Ries focuses her practice in matters related to bankruptcy and financial recovery-workouts, including commercial litigation, consumer law and creditors remedies and bankruptcy as well as insolvency. Her representations include Chapter 11 debtors-in-possession, receivers, creditors and bankruptcy trustees in matters of corporate restructuring, orderly liquidation, bankruptcy-related litigation and debtor-creditor relations.
Ries earned her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.A. from George Washington University.
Kulunas is a board-certified estate planning and probate lawyer. He has published a number of professional articles in estate planning and taxation and has spoken before numerous professional organizations in these areas.
Kulunas earned his LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law, his J.D. from George Washington University National Law Center and his B.S. from Florida State University.
