With extensive commercial litigation experience, George frequently represents clients in complex disputes involving banking, real estate, health care, insurance and class actions in state and federal courts throughout the country as well as in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, George was a partner at an international law firm. George is also a former law clerk for the Honorable E. Mac Troutman of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

George is a frequent author and commentator on legal issues and trends. His articles and insights have appeared in The Wall Street Journal, Legal Times, The Legal Intelligencer, National Law Journal, Andrews Class Action Reporter and Philadelphia Business Journal.

George is certified by the American Arbitration Association as an arbitrator and hears cases in that capacity.

George previously served on the finance and personnel committees of the Germantown Academy, which is the country’s oldest nonsectarian day school, in Fort Washington, Pa.
