  • Numerous foreign and U.S. entities in visa matters involving the transfer of executives to the United States, including matters involving newly established businesses.
  • A major U.S. retail company with a worldwide presence in its overall immigration strategy, its transfer of personnel internationally and its hiring of foreign nationals in the United States.
  • A U.S.-based global clothing retailer in several L (intercompany transferee) visas for management, executives and other employees, including visa preparation and approval.
  • A software development and IT consulting firm in a comprehensive federal Department of Labor audit of all H-1B visas and Labor Condition Applications (LCAs), negotiating settlement far better than original expectations.
  • A multinational high-tech company in a number of immigration matters including Program Electronic Review Management (PERM) labor certifications, Employment-Based First Preference Immigration (EB-1) for multinational executives or manager positions and H-1B and L representations.
  • Many Korean public companies in various employment-related disputes and visa/immigration issues.
  • A multinational educational institution in I-9 compliance matters.
  • A large U.S. computer consulting company with a worldwide presence in both temporary worker and green card matters.
  • A U.S.-based telecommunications company in its sponsorship of a foreign national it employed pursuant to an independent contractor relationship abroad for an L-1A visa (an intercompany transferee visa for a foreign employee). Successfully obtained the visa for this key executive by convincing the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) that the relationship was close enough to meet the employment requirements.
  • A German business man establishing a U.S. business in qualifying as a treaty entity under U.S.-German treaty.
  • An Israeli investor in obtaining status as a treaty investor through a U.S. business, assisting with the visa interview at U.S. embassy in Tel Aviv.
  • A Russian investor in obtaining permanent resident status through the immigrant investor program.
