Jeffrey assists clients with a wide range of corporate matters, including entity formation, management, growth, acquisitions and transfers. Additionally, Jeffrey handles a variety of real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition and leasing of residential and commercial real estate.
Before Fox Rothschild
Jeffrey previously served as a summer associate at Fox Rothschild, drafting memoranda and complaints related to real estate, land use and employment matters.
While in law school, Jeffrey served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judith H. Wizmur, Chief Judge of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey. Additionally, he was managing editor of the Rutgers Law Journal.
Prior to his practice of law, Jeffrey worked as a consultant for a technology company and as a financial adviser for one of the world’s leading financial management companies. He was also a licensed real estate broker and a summer intern at a real estate investment trust (REIT) working as a research analyst.
