Jessica represents Fortune 100 companies and municipalities in highly contested litigation in federal and state courts. She has handled matters in a diverse array of areas, including class actions, product liability, mass and catastrophic tort, medical malpractice, premises liability, e-discovery and public entity law.
Jessica regularly manages cases through all stages of litigation, from pre-suit investigation through mediation or trial.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Jessica was an attorney at several New York and New Jersey-based firms. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Charles E. Powers, Jr. of the Superior Court of New Jersey’s Civil Division. Jessica also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Esther Salas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
During law school, Jessica was a summer associate and law clerk at a New Jersey-based firm as well as a law clerk at The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel.
Before attending law school, Jessica served as a research assistant to Professor Maya Grosz at the Seton Hall University School of Law.
Jessica is a former educator and member of Seton Hall University’s EPICS Program (Educational Partners in Catholic Schools), a graduate program at the College of Education and Human Services.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Jessica serves as an adjunct professor at Seton Hall University School of Law with the school’s Interscholastic Moot Court Board. Since 2013, she has been coaching students in national competitions, many of whom have won accolades for their brief writing and oral advocacy skills at the highest levels.
Jessica is also a member of the Brennan Vanderbilt American Inn of Court, an Inn devoted to trial advocacy that fosters the development of litigation skills through the guidance of experienced attorneys and judges from the metro New York area.
