Biography

Jessie advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, including guiding mortgage lenders on how to structure complex multifamily and health care finance transactions insured by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Jessie’s practice involves representing lenders in construction, acquisition and refinancing transactions involving apartments, elderly housing, assisted living facilities and nursing homes under Sections 232, 221(d)(4), 223(a)(7) and 223(f) of the National Housing Act.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Jessie was a practicing attorney at a boutique real estate law firm in Washington, DC, and at an international law firm based in New York.

During law school, Jessie was a legal intern at the Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights Coalition and at AOL LLC. She also spent a semester at University College London, where her studies included International and Comparative Secured Transactions, Regulation of Financial Markets in the U.K. and Comparative Human Rights Law.

Jessie’s undergraduate education included a study abroad program at the University of Ghana in west Africa.
