John represents clients in a variety of litigation matters, including insurance coverage and defense.
He also has experience counseling school districts, school boards, charter schools and private schools on issues concerning student and staff free speech, special education, civil rights complaints, electoral reapportionment, employment and unemployment benefits, school board policies, collective bargaining agreements, grievances, mandatory staff training, anti-bullying issues, OPRA requests and school board ethics.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, John was a law clerk to the Honorable Freda L. Wolfson of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was also an attorney at a New Jersey-based law firm, where he handled insurance coverage and defense litigation matters as well as school law issues, and a law clerk to the Honorable Virginia Long of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
While in law school, John was a member of the Order of the Coif and served as notes editor of the Rutgers Law Review.
