Joseph represents clients in a variety of financial restructuring and bankruptcy and corporate matters.
Before Fox Rothschild
After college and prior to law school, Joseph served for eight years on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a naval flight officer and mission commander, flying the EA-6B Prowler and EA-18G Growler airborne electronic attack aircraft. He completed two carrier-based deployments to the Middle East and Mediterranean regions in support of U.S. military operations.
Prior to joining Fox, Joseph was a summer associate at the firm. He was also a volunteer tax preparer for the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Clinic at Seton Hall Center for Social Justice.
During law school, Joseph was a legal intern for the Honorable Michael A. Hammer, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey. He was also a summer legal associate for UBS Wealth Management Americas. In addition, he served in the U.S. Navy Reserve as a member of the air operations cell for U.S. Fleet Forces, Maritime Air Operations Detachment Fort Dix.

Joseph is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s Deposition Skills Program. He is also a licensed private pilot.
