In addition, Joshua has significant experience representing unsecured creditor committees, including committees in Fontainebleau Las Vegas Holdings, The Lawrence McFadden Company, Custom Food Products and We The People USA.

Joshua’s practice encompasses a variety of areas related to insolvency and bankruptcy issues, including:

After earning his law degree from Widener University School of Law where he was a member of the Delaware Journal of Corporate Law, Joshua served for 2 years as the law clerk for six visiting judges in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

A frequent writer on insolvency industry and bankruptcy related topics, Joshua has written articles for numerous publications. He has served as a contributing editor for the "Lien on Me" column and has written for both “The International Scene" column and the “Featured” column in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal, one of the most widely read publications by insolvency professionals. In addition, he has authored articles included in Bloomberg BNA. Joshua also serves as an editor for the American Bankruptcy Institute's Third Circuit Case Update.

As a trusted voice in the industry, Joshua is often featured in the press for his opinions on current bankruptcy matters. His insight has been included in publications such as The Daily Deal, Philadelphia Business Journal, New Jersey Law Journal, Press of Atlantic City and Business Week. He has been interviewed by various outlets including WHYY Newsworks Tonight.

Joshua is also a Certified Mediator appointed to the Mediation Panel for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
