Kevin advises clients in a wide range of industries on corporate matters, including entity formation, management, growth, acquisition and transfers. He also routinely drafts and edits contracts and other documents for clients on a variety of topics.
Before Fox Rothschild
During law school, Kevin served as the president of the Penn Law Class of 2016 and continues to serve as class president in an alumni capacity. He was the development editor for the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law and the student commencement speaker for the Penn Law Class of 2016 graduation. He also advised and guided non-profit groups through the entity formation process as a member of the Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic.
Throughout law school, Kevin served as the supervisor for the student government at Boys’ Latin of Philadelphia Charter School. Additionally, Kevin founded the Penn Law Basketball Team to compete in the Philadelphia Dean’s Cup Law School Basketball Tournament.
Kevin was a judicial intern to the Honorable Michael Erdos of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas in 2014 and a summer associate with Fox Rothschild in 2015.
While at the University of Scranton, Kevin was a member of the Business Leadership Honors Program and earned degrees in Economics and History. In addition, he studied abroad at the University College Cork in Ireland where he played basketball for the men’s team.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Kevin does pro bono work with the Wills for Heroes Foundation, which provides free estate planning documents to military veterans and first responders including firefighters, police officers, paramedics, EMTs and other sworn personnel. He is also a Big Brother in the Beyond School Walls Program through Big Brothers Big Sisters Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Kevin is active in both the University of Scranton and the University of Pennsylvania alumni associations.
