Biography

Kimberly focuses her practice on real estate law, particularly land use. She represents buyers and sellers and developers in an array of real estate matters. 

Kimberly has experience representing municipal planning and zoning boards and obtaining land development approvals for commercial developers and homeowners. She assists with commercial real estate contracts, agreements and corporate asset sales. Kimberly also handles commercial litigation in connection to real estate title disputes and construction contracts, among other matters.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining the firm, Kimberly was an associate at a law firm in Brick, New Jersey. She previously clerked for the Honorable Mark A. Troncone of the New Jersey Superior Court, Ocean Vicinage, Law Division.

During law school, she was a student attorney for the Family Court Legal Program at the Pace Women's Justice Center, where she helped petitioners obtain orders of protection. She also interned for the Honorable Honora O'Brien Kilgallen of the New Jersey Superior Court, Monmouth Vicinage, Law Division and for the Honorable William J. Giacomo of the New York State Supreme Court, Westchester County, Civil Division. Additionally, Kimberly interned for law firms in White Plains, New York and Lakewood, New Jersey.

Beyond Fox Rothschild

Kimberly volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Monmouth & Middlesex Counties and serves as a mentor for the Ocean County College 100 Women Campaign, an educational endeavor created by the Ocean County College Foundation to bring together dynamic, innovative and accomplished women in Ocean County. Kimberly also serves as a board member of the foundation.
