Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Brent D. Chicken and Lindsay B. Larrick have been named co-chairs of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Practice.

Fox’s Energy and Natural Resources group is comprised of more than 20 multidisciplinary attorneys who represent companies throughout the United States in all segments of the energy and natural resources sectors.

Fox attorneys frequently work with oil and gas companies in the exploration, production, midstream, downstream and service sectors. The team has a deep understanding of the regulatory and political contexts in which these companies operate and are able to provide valuable guidance to enable them to keep their businesses moving forward.

Chicken is an experienced natural resources attorney with extensive knowledge of the challenges faced by companies operating in the industry as well as of exploration and production, midstream and downstream oil and gas law. He regularly represents his clients in complex commercial litigation disputes, business transactions, administrative law and procedure and title examination matters. He is also a regular contributor to the firm’s Energy Law Today Blog.

Larrick provides clients with strategic representation in onshore oil and gas exploration and development transactions. She advises on the acquisition and disposition of E&P companies and assets and regularly counsels and prepares agreements regarding exploration and development activities and related operational issues, such as drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, joint operating agreements, participation agreements, farmout/farmin agreements, crude and gas purchase agreements and drilling and division order title opinions.
