Marc focuses his practice on affordable housing, public finance, real estate and corporate matters, and has represented multiple housing authorities across the country. He drafted the first intercreditor agreement used in a mixed-finance transaction, an area in which he has extensive experience.
Marc's housing authority clients have included:
- Memphis Housing Authority
- Housing Authority of the City of Pittsburgh
- Housing Authority of the City of Phoenix
- McKinney Housing Authority in Texas
- Housing Authority of the City of Fort Myers, Florida
Marc represents housing authorities in matters involving the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's Office of Inspector General and in mixed-finance community revitalization projects.
Marc has diverse experience assisting clients with complex funding sources, including HOME, CDBG, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, AHP, historic credits, tax-exempt bonds, CFFP, Choice Neighborhoods, HOPE VI, RAD and Replacement Housing Factor Funds in mixed-finance transactions. He has also handled transactions related to senior development, including assisted living. In addition, he has helped non-elderly clients obtain disability benefits.
Marc is also a Certified Public Accountant.
