Margaret represents commercial and manufacturing clients in environmental, natural resource and litigation matters in Washington and California.
She focuses her practice on regulatory compliance, including California’s controversial “Proposition 65” chemical warning law, federal and state OSHA regulations and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS). She also represents clients in Superfund-type cleanup cases at legacy remediation sites such as at harbors and airports.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Margaret was a principal at Riddell Williams.
Margaret began her legal career as a commercial litigator in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm, where she focused on insurance recovery for environmental response costs. She was also formerly a general practitioner with an emphasis on civil litigation.
Margaret was born in France and lived many years in Paris.
