Fox Rothschild Names Three New Office Managing PartnersFebruary 28, 2018 – Press Releases
Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that it has appointed new leaders in three of the firm’s offices.
Effective April 1, the following attorneys will serve as office managing partners for their respective locations:
- Los Angeles: Emily J. Yukich
- Blue Bell: Andrew D. Santana
- Princeton: Gerard P. Norton, Ph.D.
“Our office managing partners work tirelessly to ensure clients are getting the best service we can provide, while helping to draw in top legal talent across the county,” said Mark L. Morris, Fox’s firmwide managing partner. “Our outgoing leaders have done an exceptional job during their tenure in this role, and we are confident this new group of leaders will build upon that framework.”
Yukich, Santana and Norton will succeed Darrell D. Miller (Los Angeles), Brian E. Subers (Blue Bell) and Douglas J. Zeltt (Princeton). All outgoing office managing partners have served their full five-year terms, and these changes are part of a normal rotation.
Yukich, a partner in the firm’s Corporate and Emerging Companies and Venture Capital practices, counsels small to mid-sized businesses on a wide range of complex transactional matters. She handles business formation, planning and restructuring and works with startups on strategy and early-stage funding as well as with existing companies on growth and acquisition financing.
Santana, a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice, serves as legal counsel and trusted partner to family businesses and other privately held businesses, entrepreneurial individuals and investors in the manufacturing, retail, professional, franchise, transportation, food service, construction, technology and real estate industries. He provides a wide range of corporate, real estate, tax and regulatory services to clients.
Chair of Fox’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and former chair of the Intellectual Property Practice, Norton has extensive experience litigating complex matters involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets and breaches of contract. He also handles intellectual property portfolio protection and enforcement. Norton’s clients include Fortune 100 companies as well as universities and other nonprofit organizations.
