Marsha has more than 20 years of experience advising clients in commercial real estate. Her practice focuses on the preparation and negotiation of documentation for commercial lending, land acquisition, entity formation and commercial leasing.

Marsha represents and counsels individuals, developers, owners, lenders and service providers within the real estate industry in finance transactions, acquisitions, mergers and dissolutions, construction and permanent lending programs, documentation to implement formations and supervision of due diligence review teams.

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox Rothschild, Marsha served as a vice president and deputy general counsel at Fannie Mae, where she had previously held the position of associate general counsel. More recently, she served as a vice president of Capital One, N.A. in its Commercial Real Estate department, and before that as executive vice president and chief legal counsel for Beech Street Capital LLC.
