Megan counsels clients in a variety of franchising matters, including franchise agreements and incorporation of franchisor entities. She also handles the preparations for purchases of franchise systems and advises clients on maintaining franchise compliance with state and federal regulations.
Megan also advises her clients on a range of general corporate matters, including entity formation, contract negotiation and mergers and acquisitions.
Before Fox Rothschild
Prior to joining Fox, Megan was an attorney at a Philadelphia-based franchise boutique law firm.
During law school, Megan was a legal intern at the Community Development Clinic. She was also a law clerk at two Ohio-based law firms and an executive editor on the Canada-United States Law Journal.
Beyond Fox Rothschild
Megan volunteers with the Pennsylvania SPCA and Brookline Labrador Rescue, where she fosters dogs that are not yet ready for adoption and participates in local fundraising events to showcase adoptable dogs.

Megan is among the contributors to the firm's Franchise Law Update blog, which highlights not only the regulatory aspects of franchising but also diverse topics such as business finance, employment, litigation and the protection of intellectual property, including trademarks and copyrights.
