Micah represents Fortune 500 companies in a wide range of labor and employment and complex commercial litigation matters. She has successfully defended against a variety of single plaintiff and class action claims, including cases alleging violations of Title VII, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act and an array of state and local laws.

Micah also regularly represents clients in federal and state court as well as at the agency level.

Representative Matters

  • Secured summary judgment on all claims in federal court for several clients, including an international pharmaceutical company and a large private hospital
  • Successfully defended a national technological company in a complex noncompete lawsuit
  • Represented financial services companies in FINRA arbitrations, including a top-five U.S. bank
  • Represented clients in AAA arbitration forums in matters arising under the NLRA

Prior to joining Fox, Micah was an attorney at an East Coast-based law firm. She also served as a legal intern for the Law Department of CBS Corp. and a summer associate for Highmark, Inc.
