Automotive Dealership Practice

For more than 20 years, Michael has represented automotive dealerships in negotiating major transactions and in the role of outside general counsel, including the largest Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

As co-chair of the firm's Automotive Practice, Michael oversees a team that provides a full range of transactional, corporate and litigation services to automobile dealers.
