Biography

Michael represents clients in a wide variety of litigation matters, including:

  • Business and personal torts
  • Commercial real estate
  • Contract disputes
  • Intellectual property
  • Oil and gas

Before Fox Rothschild

Prior to joining Fox, Michael worked at the firm as a summer associate. He also served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Martin Hoffman of the 68th District Court in Dallas County and was a law clerk for the Antitrust Section of the Texas Attorney General’s Office.

During law school, Michael was the chief articles editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law and was awarded the Texas Energy Law Association’s scholarship for outstanding potential and achievement in energy law. He also received the Ben and Mollye Glast Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law and the Ira Butler Endowed Presidential Scholarship in Law.

Before law school, Michael taught math and physics in North Texas.

Michael serves as a volunteer for The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and is a fundraiser for Team in Training.
