Recently, The American Lawyer discussed firms having mandatory retirement ages, usually at 60 or 65, as well as the positives and negatives of these mandatory retirement ages. Fox Rothschild's Murray Shusterman has long surpassed the typical retirement age as he is still practicing law at 102 years old as senior counsel.
