ABI’s ‘Views From the Bench’ Conference Looks at Sports Cases, 363 Sales, Ethics

The American Bankruptcy Institute's annual, "Views From the Bench" conference, held Oct. 1 in Washington, D.C., featured bankruptcy judges and lawyers from across the United States who discussed sports bankruptcy, Bankruptcy Code Section 363 sales, Chapter 11 proceedings for high-net-worth individuals and proposed rule changes.

Richard Meth was noted for his part as moderator of the section on "Ethics: A New Take on 'When in Doubt Disclose,' " which addressed the Federal Rule of Bankruptcy Procedure 2019 and sanctions.
