Al Día Recognizes Todd Rodriguez Among Top Latino Lawyers

November 21, 2016 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Todd A. Rodriguez has been named a Top Latino Lawyer by Al Día.

The award honors the region’s attorneys whose outstanding professional accomplishments and contributions have impacted diversity and inclusion in the Greater Philadelphia region and have paved the way for future generations. Rodriguez will be honored at the Emerging Leaders Luncheon on January 12.

Office Managing Partner of the firm’s Chester County location and co-chair of the firm’s Health Law Practice, Rodriguez represents an array of health care providers and practitioners – physicians, dentists, veterinarians and others – and provides strategic guidance to help them successfully operate in what is one of the most highly regulated industries in the United States.

For more than 20 years, Rodriguez has focused on assisting non-institutional health care providers with all aspects of their medical practice: contract negotiation and drafting, corporate governance, employment arrangements, income division, buy-ins and pay-outs, mergers and acquisitions, and an array of other operational and business planning issues.

Rodriguez maintains the firm’s Physician Law Blog (http://physicianlaw.foxrothschild.com), which serves as a resource for current legal issues and news that impacts physicians and other non-institutional health care providers in their personal and professional lives.

Additionally, to help new physicians successfully negotiate their first employment agreement, Rodriguez routinely gives presentations to hospital residency programs throughout Pennsylvania, highlighting and detailing the considerations and contract provisions that should be kept in mind to create a satisfactory and beneficial arrangement.

Rodriguez earned his J.D. from Washington and Lee University School of Law and his B.A. from Hampden-Sydney College.
