Alain Leibman, Litigation/Criminal Defense Attorney, Joins Fox Rothschild’s Princeton Office

Princeton, NJ – Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that Alain Leibman has joined the firm’s Litigation Department as a partner, resident in the Princeton, New Jersey office.

“Alain brings a wealth of white collar and criminal defense knowledge to the firm’s Litigation Department,” said Stephanie Resnick, co-chair of Fox’s Litigation Department. “We’re delighted he’s joining Fox.”

Leibman joins Fox from Stern & Kilcullen, LLC, where he was a partner in the litigation and criminal defense practice areas. From 1988 to 2004, Leibman served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the District of New Jersey.

Leibman focuses his practice on litigation, white collar defense, and criminal defense.

Active in the legal community, Leibman is a member of the Association of the Federal Bar of the District of New Jersey, and the Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers of New Jersey.

Leibman is a graduate of the New York University School of Law (J.D. 1982), and Columbia College (B.A. 1979). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, and before several state and federal courts.
