Amy Rubin To Speak on Civil Liability Issues at Deloitte’s 10th Annual US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Conference

Amy S. Rubin, office managing partner of the West Palm Beach location of Fox Rothschild LLP, will speak on corporate and individual liability for compliance practitioners at Deloitte’s Financial Crime Symposium Series, 10th Annual US Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Conference at Fordham University in New York City.

Rubin will highlight current litigation trends related to anti-money laundering and the Bank Security Act, as well as what companies can do to protect themselves, what prompts third party litigation against banks, the interplay of regulating actions, and personal and corporate liability issues, among other topics.

The panel, “Corporate and Personal Liability: Are You At Risk,” will be moderated by Fred Curry of Deloitte. Joining Rubin as speakers are Jonathan S. Abernethy of Cohen & Gresser LLP; Steven R. Peikin of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP; and Carol R. Van Cleef of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP.
