Following the state court 6-1 ruling in favor of CLS Transportation, David Faustman comments that the ruling was "a good result, overall, for California employers." Fasutman then adds that the court appeared to contradict itself by allowing employees to sue collectively over claimed violations of labor laws, and CLS Transportation may appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
