Bridget La Rosa, Tax & Estates Attorney, Joins Fox Rothschild’s New York Office

Fox Rothschild LLP has announced that Bridget La Rosa has joined the firm’s Tax & Estates Department as an associate, resident in the New York office.

La Rosa joins Fox from Dunnington, Bartholow & Miller LLP in New York, where she was a senior Trusts and Estate/Real Estate associate. She previously worked as an associate at Jackson & Nash, LLP in New York.

La Rosa focuses her practice on trusts and estates matters. She has extensive experience with administration of complicated estates, preparation of estate tax returns, negotiation with the IRS on estate tax audits, real estate transactions, preparation of LLC operating agreements, drafting of prenuptial agreements, and preparation of wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. She also has experience handling probate, construction, and accounting proceedings, and has defended against objections to probate and petition for guardianship from initial research, briefing and witness preparation, to successful hearings.

La Rosa is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1998) and New York University (B.S. 1995). She is admitted to practice in New York and before the U.S. District Courts of the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
