Marvin Weinberg was quoted in this article detailing the effects that decisions from the National Labor Relations Board could have on employers.

According to Weinberg, There is an increasingly likelihood that the NLRB will seek injunctive relief in cases where unfair labor practices are found in a union organizing context—such as discharging an employee for union activities. Therefore, he said, Employers need to make certain they cross their “T”s and dot their “I”s if they are disciplining an employee during an organizing campaign.
