Ronald Williams was quoted in The Philadelphia Inquirer article "Center City Condo Group Awarded $5.05 Million." While the full text can be found in the July 19, 2013, issue of The Philadelphia Inquirer, a synopsis is noted below.

A jury has awarded $5.05 million to the Belgravia Condominium Association, which sued the buildings developers and engineers over alleged structural issues and nondisclosures, violating the Pennsylvania Uniform Condominium Act.

While Ronald Williams, who represented the condo association, noted it is “unusual” for punitive damages to be awarded in a case such as this, they can be awarded for intentional nondisclosures or misrepresentations, which resulted in the condo association being awarded $900,000 in punitive damages.
