The Chester County Fund for Women and Girls

Fox Rothschild LLP will be among the honorees at the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls’ (CCFWG) first annual Champions of Change Breakfast on Thursday, March 1, 2018 at The Farmhouse Bistro at People’s Light in Malvern, PA.

Fox Rothschild will be recognized for its firmwide commitment to mentorship and career development for female attorneys.

The event will also honor Patricia Miller, president of Nobel Learning Communities, for her longstanding dedication to the advancement of women in the workplace.

As an advocate for its female employees, Fox Rothschild encourages women to become equity partners and hold leadership roles. Its Women’s Initiative brings in female leaders to share tips on how to best advocate for oneself during review and compensation processes. Female employees pursuing partnership tracks are paired with mentors to guide them in the process.

To assist with work-life balance, Fox Rothschild provides all employees with options for flexible hours, the ability to work remotely, and a reduced schedule for those returning from a leave of absence. As a further testament to its support of women, a significant percentage of leadership roles, including the firm’s executive committee, are held by women. Fox Rothschild has also regularly participated in the OnRamp Fellowship, a program that matches firms to women returning to work after being away for at least three years.

“We cannot take for granted individuals and companies who are paving the way for the professional and personal growth of women,” said CCFWG Executive Director, Michelle Legaspi Sanchez. “CCFWG is proud to highlight the dedication of Patricia Miller as well as Fox Rothschild. Because of their leadership and courage, many Chester County women have more opportunities to move forward.”
