Christopher M. Roe, a partner in the Exton Office of Fox Rothschild LLP, spoke at the Air and Waste Management Association’s 2010 Vapor Intrusion Conference held Sept. 29-30 at The Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel in Chicago, IL. Roe gave an update on the latest developments on vapor intrusion from the legal standpoint, focusing on appropriate consideration of the issue in transactions.

Roe’s legal practice focuses on environmental matters, chemical handling and exposure and compliance, transactions and litigation. He serves as a primary counsel to one of the world’s largest corporations on a broad range of environment-related issues. Roe is a member of the environmental sections of the American and Pennsylvania Bar Associations, President of the Delaware Valley Environmental American Inn of Court, and chair of the East Whiteland Township (PA) Environmental Advisory Council.

Roe earned his J.D. from Temple University School of Law and his B.A. from George Washington University.
