Conference Centers: More Space, Lower Costs

Fox Rothschild was featured in the March/April 2011 issue of Legal Management for its innovative use of its Philadelphia office conference rooms. The article focuses on how law firms are discovering new ways to maximize space usage and minimize costs by making spaces multi-functional.

Fox Rothschild has utilized this wave of thinking by using its newly renovated conference rooms for a wide variety of events, such as staff orientations, meetings, cocktail parties and company blood drives. Making the rooms multi-functional reduces the need to rent off-site facilities, which will continually reduce costs over time.

The article also touches on Fox Rothschild’s use of videoconferencing to minimize costs and make communicating between the firm's 16 offices greener, easier and more effective.
