David A. Greene Elected President of Leadership Palm Beach County, Inc.

David A. Greene, partner in the West Palm Beach office of Fox Rothschild LLP, has been elected President of Leadership Palm Beach County, Inc., for the 2013-2014 term beginning July 1, 2013.

Greene previously served as First Vice President, Second Vice President, Treasurer, Legal Counsel and member of the Board of Governors of the organization and is a member of its class of 2006.

Leadership Palm Beach County, Inc., is an educational nonprofit organization designed to foster awareness of community issues and promote efficient communication and cooperative relationships between existing and emerging community leaders. Initiated in 1983 through a collaborative effort of the local Chambers of Commerce, the organization has been committed to the collective discussion and resolution of local issues and concerns. Leadership Palm Beach County’s mission is: “To educate and unite leaders to build a better community.”

A member of the Litigation Department at Fox Rothschild, Greene focuses his practice in complex commercial litigation matters involving banking, real estate, construction and probate litigation. He also has experience in franchise litigation, securities disputes, physician group dissolutions and other business disputes. Greene regularly handles litigation matters for banks, title insurance companies and their insureds, merchant services providers, franchisees and building contractors.

An active member of his community, Greene served as president of the Board of Directors of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach County and as an officer and director for the Sunshine Council of Campfire Boys and Girls, the Heart of Florida Legal Aid Society and the Boca Raton Sunrise Citrus Center Kiwanis Clubs. Additionally, he participated in the Craig S. Barnard American Inn of Court LIV and served on the Corporate Counsel Committee and the Judicial Relations Committee of the Palm Beach County Bar Association.

He received his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 1996 and his B.B.A., with honors, from the University of Miami in 1993.
