David Restaino of Fox Rothschild LLP Elected Vice Chair of Air and Waste Management Association Odor Committee

David Restaino, partner in the Princeton office of Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently elected vice chair of the Air and Waste Management Association (A&WMA) Odor Committee.

The A&WMA Odor Committee assesses air pollution control issues – both technical and legal – surrounding odors emitted by industrial and other facilities.

Restaino focuses his practice in environmental and energy matters, including development, permitting, compliance, recycling and reporting, as well as health law and real estate matters. He provides dynamic litigation, transaction, regulatory and strategic counsel for complex commercial matters in state and federal jurisdictions. Restaino is also a member of the Water Environment Federation and the New Jersey State and Somerset County bar associations.

Active in environmental issues, Restaino has authored many articles and presented on topics including climate change, air pollution control issues and more. His articles have appeared in a variety of publications, including Environmental Protection Online.

Restaino earned his J.D. from University of Virginia School of Law in 1990 and his B.S. from Ithaca College in 1987.
