Developer Presses for Damages, Sanctions in Las Vegas Bankruptcy CaseJune 3, 2011 – In The News
After winning an involuntary bankruptcy case brought against developer Tim Blixseth, Blixseth's attorneys, who included Brett Axelrod, filed motions to recover $814,000 from the Montana Department of Revenue in legal fees and costs fighting the involuntary position.
