Eileen Oakes Muskett Accepted into the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Eileen Oakes Muskett has been accepted as a member of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC).

An international organization founded in 1936, the FDCC is composed of approximately 1400 recognized leaders in the legal community who have achieved professional distinction.

Membership requires a rigorous selection process and is by nomination only. Members are dedicated to promoting knowledge, fellowship and professionalism and include practicing lawyers who represent insurance companies, associations or other corporations, or others, in the defense of civil litigation.

Muskett has an extensive litigation practice that encompasses mass tort, products liability, pharmaceutical and employment litigation. She frequently represents clients in New Jersey Courts and possesses substantial knowledge of the state’s local legal landscape.

Muskett is also well-versed in handling labor and employment law matters. She represents clients at the administrative level as well as in the New Jersey Division on Civil Rights, the EEOC and state and federal courts in cases involving wrongful discharge, unemployment appeals, breach of contract, illegal harassment as well as retaliation and discrimination claims, including appearance-based discrimination.

Muskett received her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and her B.A. from Stockton State College.
