Elizabeth J. Hampton Named Chair of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce’s Women in Business Alliance

Elizabeth J. Hampton, counsel in the Litigation Department at Fox Rothschild LLP, was recently named chair of the Women in Business Alliance – a program of the Princeton Regional Chamber of Commerce. Hampton will be recognized in her new role at the organization’s annual event on June 3.

The Women in Business Alliance brings professional women together to create an environment where women can connect and build relationships. Its programs focus on professional development and growth, collaboration with business and community leaders and advocacy for women's issues.

In her practice, Hampton has been assisting clients for more than 20 years with various business-related litigation issues – including employment law, shareholder litigation, probate and restrictive covenant matters developing strategies tailored to their specific needs. She provides a range of services, including agreement preparation, sale and purchase arrangement of businesses and litigation counseling. In addition, Hampton is a certified arbitrator for the Superior Court of New Jersey and a frequent lecturer on topics including civil trial preparation and foreclosure matters.

Hampton is also experienced in health law matters. Clients – including general practitioners, dentists, therapists, psychologists, chiropractors and specialists – depend on her deep understanding of the complex regulations surrounding the medical profession and her extensive knowledge pertaining to practice formation, employment contracts, partnership agreements, restrictive covenants and administrative regulations, among many other matters.

Hampton earned her J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1990.
