September 20, 2016 – Press Releases

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Elizabeth G. Litten has been named to the New Jersey Law Journal’s 2016 list of “Top Women in Law.”

The prestigious list highlights 25 women and shines a light on the outstanding work done by female attorneys across New Jersey who have had notable achievements in recent years or have otherwise made an extraordinary impact on the legal profession.

Litten, who serves as Fox’s first HIPAA Privacy Officer and a member of the firm’s Privacy and Security Workgroup, also co-chairs the firm's Government Relations Practice and the Connectivity Subcommittee of the firm-wide Women’s Initiative.

Litten is active in the community and is a member of the board of directors of Citizens Diplomacy International, a unique network of 95 councils in 48 states that receive established and emerging leaders from more than 120 countries visiting the U.S. as guests of our government. She was also on the 2012 Governor's Conference for Women Steering Committee.

Named as one of the leading health care attorneys in New Jersey by Chambers USA, Litten serves as national and regional counsel to hospital systems, health care facilities, regulated and self-funded health plans, technology companies, physicians groups and a wide range of other health care-related organizations and entities. With more than 25 years of experience in the industry, she has become a go-to source for regulatory health care matters throughout the nation.

Litten will be honored at a celebratory dinner at the Manhattan Penthouse in New York on Nov. 15.
