Eric M. Wood Named President of Atlantic County Bar Association

Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that Partner Eric M. Wood was installed as the 139th President of the Atlantic County Bar Association (ACBA).

Wood was sworn in by The Honorable Julio L. Mendez, Assignment Judge for Vicinage I of the Superior Court, Atlantic and Cape May Counties, at the ACBA’s annual installation ceremony on June 9 in the courtyard of Harry’s Oyster Bar in Atlantic City.

Proceeds from event were donated to the Jewish Family Services of Atlantic and Cape May County and the Katz Jewish Community Center in Margate.

The ACBA, established in 1877, promotes the legal profession and advances the public’s trust and confidence in our civil and criminal justice system. ACBA funds many charitable events and members volunteer countless hours in community service and charity work.

A resident of Linwood, Wood has been a member of the ACBA since 1990 and has served as a trustee since 2006 and an officer since 2012.

At Fox, Wood represents clients in complex litigation disputes. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy as a Civil Trial Attorney.

A leader within the firm and community, Wood is the former managing partner of Fox’s Atlantic City Office and previously served on the firm's Executive Committee. He is a past member of the board of directors for AtlantiCare and Jewish Federation and is a past-president of Jewish Family Services of Atlantic and Cape May County.
