Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to welcome high-profile family law attorneys Scott N. Weston and Joel D. Schwartz as partners in the firm’s LA office. Both were formerly with Nachshin & Langlois LLP.

A Certified Family Law Specialist by the State Bar of California's Board of Specialization, Weston has more than 20 years of experience representing celebrities and high net worth clients in family law matters, particularly the enforcement of premarital agreements, child support and spousal support, custody and complex property division and business valuation. Weston is listed in Los Angeles Magazine as one of Southern California's "Super Lawyers."
Frequently sought by the media for input on family law matters, Weston has made a number of guest appearances on television and radio programs such as “E! Entertainment;” “VH1;” and on CNN’s Headline News. In addition, he has been interviewed for online and ezine sites such as Forbes.com, CNN.com and People.com.
Weston is an active member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, State Bar of California and American Bar Association. He has co-authored a recently revised book, I Do, You Do... But Just Sign Here: A Quick and Easy Guide to Cohabitation, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements. Weston earned his J.D., cum laude, from Loyola School of Los Angeles in 1987 and his B.A., cum laude, from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 1984.
