Fox Rothschild LLP is pleased to announce that for the third consecutive year, Jacqueline G. Segal, a partner in the firm’s Family Law Practice Group, has been elected Secretary of the 13,000-member Philadelphia Bar Association (PBA). Additionally, she was appointed by the PBA’s chancellor to serve as the 2016 Membership Chair of the Association.
Segal has been an active member in the PBA and its Family Law Section for more than 15 years. During this time, she has held numerous leadership roles, including as former Chair of the 400-member Family Law Section.
Segal was first elected Secretary of the PBA in 2014, after serving as Assistant Secretary from 2011 to 2013 and on the Association’s Board of Governors from 2007 to 2009.
The oldest association of lawyers in the United States, the PBA serves the profession and the public by promoting justice, professional excellence and respect for the rule of law.
Segal concentrates her practice on divorce and family law matters, including divorce and equitable distribution, support and alimony, custody and child support, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements and domestic abuse. She regularly represents clients in a nine-county area in Pennsylvania including Chester, Montgomery, Philadelphia, Delaware and Bucks counties.
Segal earned her J.D. from the Temple University School of Law and her B.M.E. from Temple University.
